Collaborated with Carta's Creative Director and brand team to transform a company-wide brand refresh into a scalable self-serve design system.

The project combined a visual refresh with the creation of a brand operating system—enabling teams across marketing, partnerships, and product to create on-brand assets independently.

My role focused on translating the system into real-world applications through templates, illustration systems, motion storyboards, mockups, and production-ready asset libraries.

The result was a single source of truth that reduced repetitive production work and helped the creative team focus on higher-value creative initiatives.
